The United States Of America: Second Civil War

28 11 2009

Too often I find myself wondering what the deal is with “democrats” vs “republicans”. Honestly, I think its a gimmick. Does it matter what “political party” you support as long as you are voting for the right person to stand in office?

Republican? Democratic? What does it matter if both sides are corrupt? It’s a game to keep us preoccupied while the real issues are left unattended. Maybe instead of getting involved with the Federal level of government we should all take a glance at our local law and government.

* We are IN THE NEGATIVE and we are STILL SPENDING MONEY, on a state and federal level. Why? Because we are forced to give money to the state via taxes while they have no laws they must abide to spend it. Because of this, my children will suffer, and my generation is suffering now. It’s because the generations before me never realized how bad it has gotten, or for whatever reason they have not done anything about it.

* There are soooo many laws that not even our police force / sheriff  has them memorized, yet when you are ticketed for breaking one of these laws you are told “ignorance of the law is not an excuse to break the law”. As well, no one is allow to practice ‘law’ and give legal advice without the proper license, etc etc. Yet we are all required to know it and have it memorized.

* We are taught in school that the USA is a country of freedom - Why are we paying income tax + 0.0875 sales tax + registration for your vehicle + required to have insurance (which is also taxed) + you have to license your pets + if you want to run a business you need a license + permits if you want to own your own home + school/fire fees + federal tax…..the list does not end. If you live in the USA, you are NOT ‘free’ by any means. Technically, to stop and tie your shoe on a sidewalk is “camping” and is illegal. To my generation, this is a mess that should have been fixed up a long time ago and we have the right to be angry and upset about the state of the world today. We didn’t ask to be brought into this…chances are we will give our lives trying to change it back to the way things should be.

* We are taught in school that the USA is a country of opportunity: You have to pay to be educated.

A Minimum wage job does not even come close to paying rent, how are we supposed to live and receive OUR privacy and liberty and own a gun if we can’t even afford a roof over our heads?

*Amendment 28 says: Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the
United States.

So tell me, when they gave themselves $15,000 a month for the rest of their lives for serving one term in congress, that was not in violation of the 28th Amendment? Do I get $15,000 a month for the rest of my life because I worked one term at a fast food joint? HELL NO. And they do not deserve this kind of money either…They don’t even show up to work half of the time…

Our ancestors came to America to get away from a tyrannical government, to get away from paying RIDICULOUS taxes (You have heard of the Boston Tea Party, right?). Too bad for us now days, there isn’t another continent for us to move to. The Bill Of Rights was written as a simple basic law, no if’s and’s or but’s about it. Yet local law thinks it has the ability to modify these rights. ie. The right to own a gun….But now you have to register it (and pay for that too), and it can’t be too powerful, and it can’t be full automatic…..basically, if you want to own a gun, it can not be powerful enough to protect you from a soldier with a full automatic weapon.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH US!? The right to bare arms is the right to a fully automatic weapon to PROTECT OURSELVES FROM OUR GOVERNMENT…THAT is the whole damn point. Limiting us to small guns defeats the whole point of being able to defend ourselves against a government that has an entire army at their disposal.

And all we do it sit back and let the government take more and more little by little….until there is no money left, until there are no more jobs, until minimum wage is too much for employers to even afford, until we don’t have any REAL/FULLY AUTOMATIC guns to defend ourselves….until we decide we have had enough and defend ourselves by force.

I don’t know about you, But I have my high school diploma and I still don’t know shit about how to pass a law or change an existing one. Why? Probably because the government doesn’t want us to change laws because the laws benefit the government, and in turn, it benefits the people who pass them.

It is to the point now that if we don’t start putting our feet down, there is going to be a revolution and it is going to change your world. The people that really understand what our founding fathers wanted for this country will pick up their ILLEGAL, full automatic weapons and march to the capitol, or the white house, and remove our current government officials via execution if WE do not make the changes necessary NOW while we still can. To protect the lives of many we have to make change NOW because it is too far out of control.

You think that bombing the twin towers was an act of terrorism? What about Obama paying OUR TAX MONEY on this bullcrap bail out? What about being FORCED to pay taxes on all money MULTIPLE TIMES? What about the Government keeping tabs on us through the banks, and snooping through our emails on large email providers like Yahoo, Microsoft, and Google? The whole idea is to protect the people so we keep tabs on the corporate people. The Government then decides it needs to monitor it’s people to make sure we are not helping the large corporations steal money to protect ourselves from ourselves. At this point it has gone to far. There is always a way around the law, there are always ways around the rules.
Honestly, who cares if someone in a large corporation has stolen money when the government taxes us every day…legally stealing millions of dollars…You see what I mean? These laws make it hard for everyone else in this world to do anything EXCEPT the government.

You could say I am pretty pissed off about the condition and current law of the USA right now. Sure there are a lot of good things here in the USA, and I appreciate them, but I won’t be able to continue to enjoy them unless we stand up for our right to not be controlled by the government. That is what liberty is, right? Liberty is freedom of government, and we are promised that in the constitution….but it is not upheld by anyone because we are all LAZY, FAT, STUPID “AMERICANS” who can’t lift a damn finger to save our own family - myself included. But not anymore. You should join me - Soon I am going to purchase an AR15, with a modded bolt to make it fire 22 rounds, and a small mod to make it semi auto instead of full auto. With the modifications it is legal in California. But if things ever went the wrong way, you can change out the bolt so it can shoot the larger bullets again / fully auto.

So, are you going to continue forwarding emails around thinking that you did
your part and made a difference? You didn’t do shit, just so you know, no one reads many chain mails anymore and even if they do no one actually does anything in real life….they just pass the email off to the next lazy person who does nothing.

Are you going to get off your ass and organize a local group in your area and discuss the real issues at hand?

The next time you feel that a government office is treating you unfairly, fight it legally all the way to the end and fix it:

If the County Animal Control Office is charging you $50 to license your dog, tell them to shove it. That’s what I am doing right now. They don’t deserve my hard earned cash. They have not worked for it.

If a cop makes a sexual comment to you (male or female), sue him and the state for as much as possible and spend money won on changing laws to make this a better place to live.

If you want to get a concealed weapons permit to carry a gun on your person at all times and are told no, then sue the local government and carry your gun on you anyways - Remember, it IS YOUR RIGHT to have a gun in your possession, regardless of what the cops or other law enforcement says.

No one is out there is going to fight for your rights unless you are willing and able to do the same. Do your part and make a difference.

In all things be honest and respectful. Carry a tape recorder / mini camera and record every conversation and situation you are in.

Pass this around, get your friends together, then do your part or you will suffer a fate of imprisonment, fear and slavery.

One of my favorite quotes might put this into perspective for you, written by one of our countries great leaders:

When the people fear their government there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.

49 Fire, Auburn California

1 09 2009

A few days ago there was a fire in Auburn, Ca (August 2009). The fire now about 100% contained has left a trail of devastation behind it. Many homes were completely burned to the ground with nothing but ashes and brick left behind.

Today I went out to check out the surrounding area and see how bad the damage was - You could small the rich flavor of a heavy fire all around although there was no longer anything burning. The Auburn Dump was nearly burned - looking at the hill right against it was completely black.

With all things said and done, it can be hard for a lot of these folks to just pick up and move on with their lives with their homes destroyed. In hopes of lending a helping hand, Heidi Jo from American Home Sales is offering fire victims NEW HOMES At cost / At Invoice.

If you or someone you know has lost their home to the fire, or has received damage to their home due to the fire, you can call Heidi at (530) 885-4555 ext 11 for more information or to get started on redesigning your new home!

There are 3 lot models left going AT COST. These homes are ready for occupancy and take around a week to setup. More information on these homes can be found on their website http://ecomanufacturedhomes.com.

If purchasing a new home from the factory, they are going AT INVOICE. Right now it takes around 3-4 weeks to build a home and have it ready for delivery. Plans range from 594 Square Feet up to 3,000+.

Google Voice

19 08 2009

Is there anything that it can’t do!? I was one of the luck people to receive an invite to Google Voice almost a month ago, and I am so impressed that I can’t believe they can offer all that they do FOR FREE!

So Google Voice lets you make long distance calls for free (basically), as well as a million other cool features: voice mail, different voice mail message for different callers, free SMS (txt messaging), manages all your phone numbers, contact list is saved online, website Widgets to allow others to call you for free, widget schedualing…..the list goes on!

I just found this out too, you can record entire phone conversations by pressing 4 on the phone when someone calls! That is amazing! No longer will I have trouble with anything “phone” related again!

If you want Google Voice, goto http://voice.google.com, sign up, and wait for your invitation! When you first create your account, look for a phone number with your name in it. IE My number is (530) 454-JOHN.
